Location: Faribault, MN
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/HR

About the Role:
Warehouse Team Lead Opportunity in Faribault! Spherion Owatonna is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead for a reputable company. You'll manage order selection, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment, ensuring efficient operations.

Working Hours:

• Monday-Thursday : 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Finish times may vary during high-volume seasons.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Train and coach new and existing employees.
• Pick, stock, rotate, and pack items like chips, snacks, pop, and candy.
• Use a forklift and a pallet jack to move materials.
• Help with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring shifts are covered.
• Communicate effectively with other leads and the supervisor to resolve issues.
• Lead by example and take on manager responsibilities when needed.
• Assist with closing and locking up the warehouse at the end of the shift.

Must-Haves:

• Warehouse and Order Selecting experience
• Leadership experience and strong people skills
• Forklift certified or willing to get certified
• Valid Non-CDL Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift 54 lbs and push/pull 95 lbs
• Reliable attendance record and longevity in previous roles

Nice to Have:

• 2 years of warehouse experience
• Leadership experience
