What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Spherion?
Spherion Staffing is hiring an Accounting Manager for a supply company in Wichita Falls, TX! Candidates MUST have previous supervisory experience within an accounting department to qualify. Working hours are on site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and salary is starting at $50,000 / yr depending on experience.
Responsibilities :
- New customer set-up, maintenance of accounts, internal and external customer service, resolving outstanding balances, follow up collections, processing accurate payments on accounts, reconciliation of accounts, daily banking deposits, manual payments, file and maintain invoices for supplies, equipment, and credit memos, file and maintain business records, prepare, print, and process monthly statements, order pre-printed envelopes, answer overflow of phone calls and direct to appropriate department.
- Manages all employees in the Accounting Department and is responsible for the performance management, annual evaluations, daily staffing within that department.
