We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales, build client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. The position offers a base salary plus a generous bonus structure, with potential first-year earnings between $65K and $95K. This role requires prospecting, fieldwork, canvassing, and running appointments to generate new business in Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and targets.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Canvass the assigned territory and set up appointments to generate proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate leads.
  • Sell various services, including recurring contracts and one-time solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Franchise Owner to implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous professional development.
  • Ensure a minimum number of sales calls daily, with a target of 16 monthly appointments.

Skills:

  • Previous sales experience in a service-based industry.
  • Ability to network effectively and develop strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting software (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM systems).
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
  • Action-oriented with a high level of perseverance and drive for results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, canvassing and managing appointments in the field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
