We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales, build client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. The position offers a base salary plus a generous bonus structure, with potential first-year earnings between $65K and $95K. This role requires prospecting, fieldwork, canvassing, and running appointments to generate new business in Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and targets.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Canvass the assigned territory and set up appointments to generate proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate leads.
- Sell various services, including recurring contracts and one-time solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Franchise Owner to implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous professional development.
- Ensure a minimum number of sales calls daily, with a target of 16 monthly appointments.
Skills:
- Previous sales experience in a service-based industry.
- Ability to network effectively and develop strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with sales reporting software (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM systems).
- Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Action-oriented with a high level of perseverance and drive for results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, canvassing and managing appointments in the field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
