As a Contact Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers placing orders for academic awards, answering their questions, and ensuring their experience is seamless. You'll enter and release orders with speed and accuracy, recommend products, and help resolve any issues-all while delivering top-notch service with a smile.

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, assisting with order placement, answering product inquiries, and providing updates on order status, shipping, and invoicing. You?ll accurately enter and release customer orders using a detailed web-based system while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. In this role, you?ll recommend products and services, identify and escalate priority issues, and document all order details according to company procedures. Additionally, you may be required to make occasional outbound calls to gather missing order information and, over time, assist with processing emailed orders. Flexibility is key, as overtime and occasional weekend shifts will be required during peak months (April / May).

Qualifications :

Proficient in relevant computer applications with the ability to learn AS400 application - required

Knowledge of call center telephony and technology preferred

Excellent data entry and typing skills 35-40wpm minimum typing; 6000 KSPH net data entry speed.

Verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred to understand how to expedite orders quickly and accurately for customers.
