Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Design & Planning: Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
