Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful management of construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe completion of each project within budget and on schedule. This position requires strong collaboration with both internal and external teams to manage all project components. The ideal candidate will need to travel regularly to job sites in West and Northwest Alabama, perform site inspections, complete reports, and maintain regular client communication. You will also participate in preconstruction meetings and final inspections for each project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule standards.
- Travel to West and Northwest Alabama job sites weekly to monitor progress, conduct inspections, and meet with clients.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Complete site inspection reports and communicate progress.
- Coordinate and lead preconstruction meetings for every project.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets client specifications and expectations.
