We are a Utah-based company that revolutionized the "permissible indulgence" space with our unique Hyper-Chilled and Hyper-Dried real fruit immersed in premium chocolate. We're proud winners of the Most Innovative New Product award in 2019 and 2022 and are growing rapidly in the fruit-based snack industry. We're seeking a Customer Fulfillment Representative to join our Logistics team. As a key player in our customer care department, you'll ensure efficient order processing, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Problem-solve product or service issues, billing discrepancies, and complaints
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Review customer orders daily for accuracy and follow up with departments and customers as needed
- Manage customer profiles, documents, and data
- Work proficiently in multiple online platforms
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and call resolution rate
Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
