The Professional / Direct Hire Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered with a strong and growing organization in Richland County, Ohio , to find an experienced Director of Finance to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100K$150K , based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. What We're Looking For :
- 10 years of experience in financial management.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
- Prior experience in an organization with $10M in revenue and a team of 20 employees.
- Proven success managing a 5-person department.
- Experience overseeing AP and AR functions.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
This is a newly created position to support the CFO as the organization continues to grow and expand. We're looking for a strategic leader with strong vision, innovative ideas, and the motivation to contribute to the company's ongoing success and development.
