Are you an experienced Network Systems Administrator looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage system administration, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity for a growing company in Pensacola, FL.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and monitor the M365 environment (email, SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams, Intune, SQL).
- Maintain Active Directory (DHCP, GPO, DNS, certificate management).
- Oversee data security protocols, including backups, recovery, and access control.
- Perform routine audits of systems and software.
- Support ERP-related projects (upgrades, integrations, customizations).
- Utilize third-party providers for system troubleshooting, security updates, and IT project execution.
- Collaborate with teams on document management and ERP alignment.
- Other IT-related duties and special projects as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education & Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-10 years of IT experience in progressively responsible roles.
- Preferred: MBA in Business or Computer Science and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management.
- Experience with Windows, Hyper-V, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with LAN/WLAN equipment from vendors like Cisco, Dell, and Datto.
- Solid project management skills for planning, executing, testing, and training.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Adaptable to new technologies and evolving network needs.
