Provider Relations Enrollment Representative

Spherion Staffing is interviewing qualified candidates for a Provider Relations Enrollment Representative position. This position is responsible for obtaining provider profile information.

This includes verifying provider demographic information, billing, credentialing, and other information from providers in a timely manner. Entering provider enrollment and disenrollment data and maintaining the provider database. Receive information from provider office and make appropriate changes if necessary to information such as profiles, changes to demographics etc. Ensure credentials and employees and update information when necessary. Must possess skills in use of basic office equipment, computers, printers and email.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Worksite : Either onsite or remote (SD, ND, MN, IA)

Dress Code : business casual, jeans allowed (no rips / holes)

Assignment length 13 weeks

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in provider relations, enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
