We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall logistics operations.

Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of items
Prepare outgoing shipments, accurately documenting contents and applying proper labeling
Maintain detailed and organized inventory records using computer systems
Perform data entry tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Collaborate with other departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues
Demonstrate critical thinking skills to identify and address problems efficiently

Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM

Skills :

1-2 years of experience in a shipping, receiving, or logistics role

Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong math and analytical skills

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Proficient computer and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and instructions

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and facility

Occasional lifting and moving of boxes or packages up to 50 lbs
