As Deputy Circuit Clerk:
- Assist with filing, maintaining, and managing court records
- Handle the processing of legal documents and case files
- Provide support to the Circuit Clerk in administrative duties
- Assist with maintaining schedules, calendars, and court hearings
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, court personnel, and the public
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
As Bookkeeper:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage and track office budgets and expenditures
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting
- Handle cash management and ensure proper recordkeeping
- Assist with the preparation of financial audits, as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
