As the Staffing Consultant you will build strong relationships with Spherion clients and employees and be a talent consultant who is responsible for decision making in order to solve problems.
Salary $45-58k / year DOE
Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Complete all required Spherion role based training
- Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice
- Document all activity and communication in HRIS system
- Participate in and prepare for 1 on 1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews, recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, & delivery check-ins
