Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Location: Round Rock, Texas (Hybrid Work Option)

Compensation: $87,000 - $140,000 annually depending on experience.

LRE Water is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM)/Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) depending on experience to lead and manage complex projects while ensuring client satisfaction and project financial success. The PM is responsible for overseeing all project aspects, focusing on strategic planning, client relationships, and maintaining strong financial performance. This role may involve delegating some of the day-to-day project details to other team members while maintaining overall control of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Manage large-scale projects and provide oversight to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Communicate project expectations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Technical Expertise & Innovation: Oversee the application of industry codes and safety standards. Encourage continuous improvement and innovative solutions within the team.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential risks, solving complex project challenges as they arise.
• Business Development & Strategy: Engage with professional networks to raise company visibility. Develop proposals, lead client events, and contribute to business development strategies.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise junior staff and guide them through day-to-day operations. Foster a culture of collaboration and ongoing professional development.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring profitability while adhering to client requirements and expectations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 10 years in project management, including leadership roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, geology, hydrology, or a related field.
• Licensure/Certification: Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or similar certifications preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in scientific software, Microsoft Office, GIS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Python, and other relevant tools.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
