Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Manage large-scale projects and provide oversight to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Communicate project expectations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Technical Expertise & Innovation: Oversee the application of industry codes and safety standards. Encourage continuous improvement and innovative solutions within the team.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential risks, solving complex project challenges as they arise.
- Business Development & Strategy: Engage with professional networks to raise company visibility. Develop proposals, lead client events, and contribute to business development strategies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise junior staff and guide them through day-to-day operations. Foster a culture of collaboration and ongoing professional development.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring profitability while adhering to client requirements and expectations.
- Experience: 10 years in project management, including leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, geology, hydrology, or a related field.
- Licensure/Certification: Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or similar certifications preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in scientific software, Microsoft Office, GIS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Python, and other relevant tools.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
- Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid work with the option to work remotely one day per week, with occasional travel opportunities.
