Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary
- Assist with the preparation of office events and meetings

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
