Specific Duties
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Oversee general office operation; maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching the office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
- Collect and review departments weekly reports.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.
- Managing internal staff relations
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a project administrator or office administrator.
- Solid technical background, with a basic understanding of IT
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solida organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
