Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team in a newly opened Learning Center. The ideal will have experience as a Speech and Debate Coach/Instructor or be a college student who is involved into Speech and Debate.
Duties
- Provide one-on-one or small group coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on student needs.
- Advise and practice tournament speeches, helping public speakers plan and rehearse effectively.
- Communicate effectively with students to assess their understanding and progress.
- Able to work with students at all levels to enhance their public speaking abilities
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Experience
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching public speaking and debate.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
