As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our HR functions by driving initiatives that support our organizational goals. You will be responsible for a variety of activities, including employee relations, payroll, performance management, and any other ad hoc requests. You will be reporting directly to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Manage payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, with support from ADP’s benefits administration tools
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and benefits inquiries promptly
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using ADP’s HR management features
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- 3 years of HR experience, tech industry a plus
- Knowledge of ADP HR and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Recruiting, ADP Benefits Administration) a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
