What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator - Accounting Specialist position at Spilker Masonry Company?
Responsibilities:
Assist Office Manager in daily/weekly/monthly accounting tasks including but not limited to the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Job Costing, Payroll, Tax Preparation, Account Reconciliations, Month end processes, Contract Administration, Answering Phones, and Coordination liaison for field and office staff.
Requirements and skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (Sage software knowledge preferred)
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
