Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining efficient accounting processes, and assisting with more complex or sensitive work as needed or assigned.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Maintain and reconcile multiple QuickBooks files for client-held funds and company financials.
- Handle banking transactions, deposits, and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain confidential records, including financial documents and employee files.
- Support property management tasks, including contract management, documentation, and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
