We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Analyze project scope, timelines, and deliverables to identify risks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Support strategic planning efforts to enhance organizational resilience and capacity.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in planning and project management.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a field of expertise; or
- Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 2 years of experience in a field of expertise; or
- 10 years of experience in a field of expertise without a degree.
- Proven expertise in project management and organizational planning.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
- EOD Required.
