A busy medical practice specializing in pain care now is seeking a full-time Patient Account Representative to join our team. Our board-certified physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners offer high quality care for patients seeking pain management solutions in Utah. Our office specializes in minimally invasive procedures, medication management, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

We are a privately owned practice. You will be joining a tight knit group of patient care coordinators who schedule for Practitioners that truly care about their patients and employees.
Job Description:
Processing payments and refunds, setting up payment plans, answering account questions, researching account issues and collecting unpaid debt are all part of a patient account representative job description. When a patient's account has an overdue balance, the patient account rep calls the patient to discuss recovering the payment and follow up with the insurance company if a reimbursement issue has occurred. Other patient account representative duties include printing bills, explaining insurance benefits to patients and helping staff with additional administrative tasks. Good phone skills help with working with patients and clearly explaining policies and details. Being able to negotiate is crucial for resolving collections issues successfully.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 08:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday's 08:00 am-2:00 pm. NEVER WORK ANOTHER WEEKEND AGAIN!
