We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented and personable candidate to join our growing team! Both full and part time positions available.
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing high quality customer service, managing the patient experience as it relates to scheduling, communication, collection of OTC and patient balances and accurate intake. The Medical Receptionist works closely with the Central Office Coordinator, Partner and facility staff to ensure clean claims and accuracy of patient account information and provides a friendly, organized and efficient office environment
Skills and abilities:
- Ability to provide the highest level customer experience, through excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills required. Nearly all of work is conducted on the computer – patient registration and scheduling, verification of insurance benefits, patient tracking, and patient account information.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and superior follow up
- Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain working knowledge
- Dependability and flexibility a must
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
