What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Education Clinical Program Manager position at Spineology Inc.?
Job Summary:
As the Medical Education Program Manager, you will own the planning, development, coordination and execution of all Medical Education programs for Spineology’s unique spinal implant technologies. You will lead the charge in process automation and improvement to drive efficiency and accountability for sales and surgeon educational programs. You will partner with cross-functional groups to understand program needs and provide best-in -class programs and customer experiences. You will also help develop and manage key sales and surgeon educational program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own and manage the planning, coordination and execution of all Medical Education events.
· Identify program needs and formats that meet customer and business needs.
· Support agenda, learning objectives and content creation for physician training programs and educational events.
· Support the development and creation of sales education tools and training platforms.
· Coordinate the collection, organization and reporting of key metrics to measure educational program success.
· Monitor and review program development costs to ensure budget compliance while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
· Support strategy and sponsored training & hands-on workshop activities for major symposia and conferences.
· Improve process efficiency for sales and surgeon training programs.
· Develop and implement a best–in-class program attendee communication plan.
· Project Manage and support special projects as needed.
Background/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, marketing, health sciences or related field.
- 3 years in education, training, sales, or marketing in the med-tech space.
