SpineSearch is seeking an experienced OON medical biller and collector to join a fast growing pain group in Englewood, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process OON private insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Manage denials, follow-ups, A/R, and payment posting to maximize reimbursements.
- Ensure accurate coding and compliance with industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the billing team reporting to billing managers
- Utilize EMR system ModMed for claims processing and record management.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive OON insurance billing experience (spine, orthopedic, or podiatry required).
- Strong knowledge of medical billing codes, denials management, and payment posting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training.
- Experience working in a high-volume billing environment.
- Proficiency in ModMed EMR or ability to learn quickly.
