Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Manage office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization of office materials.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management using tools like DocuSign.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines for various initiatives.
- Plan and organize company events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an executive administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with project coordination techniques and office management best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
