Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Activations Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers through outbound calls to book their travel dates for our exciting getaway packages. Your primary goal is to achieve booking targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Activator is responsible for making and receiving customer calls who have purchased a package with Spinnaker. The Activator is tasked with influencing the customer’s travel dates to align with the needs and availability of the resorts.

**This position offers a $600 Sign-On bonus after 90 days of full-time employment**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule their travel dates for our getaway packages.
  • Achieve and maintain the minimum booking targets set by management.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Represent Spinnaker Resorts with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manners.
  • Ability to meet and exceed booking goals.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous call center experience is beneficial but not necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be computer literate

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

  • Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing

Schedule: 6-8 hour shifts: 9am-3pm or 1pm-7pm
