Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage commercial Plumbing/HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout 

• Develop and execute project work plans, schedule labor, and monitor day-to-day field operations 

• Perform material take-offs and coordinate delivery of materials and subcontractors 

• Engage customers, close sales, and deliver excellent service from start to finish 

• Track project performance and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes 

• Conduct and document project status meetings with clients and internal teams 

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation 

• Review deliverables for accuracy and compliance with client expectations 

• Mitigate project risks and ensure proper safety protocols are followed 

• Use and continually develop leadership, planning, and communication skills 

Who We Are Looking For: 

• 5 years of project management experience in Plumbing/HVAC (required) 

• Strong understanding of commercial systems and ability to read mechanical drawings 

• Confident communicator and sales closer who builds trust with customers 

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously 

• Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making and follow-through 

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication 

• Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA (30344) prior to start date 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
