Responsibilities:
· Become a subject matter expert in our platform, understanding user needs, and navigating the media ecosystem.
· Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot issues, provide timely and effective solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize tools, documentation, and processes, driving continuous improvement and scalability.
· Leverage your background in UI design to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
· Translate complex technical solutions into clear and concise communications for users, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements:
· Proven ability to learn technical concepts and tools quickly, with a background in UI design.
· Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable working independently and problem-solving with minimal guidance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in design and wireframing tools.
