Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join its Lexington, Kentucky team.
Requirements
- Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment and software
- Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation and for defects
- Examine work orders and collaborate with Team Leader to detect equipment problems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
- Study schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures
- Set up and test equipment
- Repair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components
- Maintain equipment logs
- Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribe specifications
