This role will focus on:

  • Thorough review of Alitea customers in the US and alignment of customers with contact information (thousands).
  • Ownership of sending out change notifications to each customer, with the correct contact for quality/change notifications. 
  • Thorough review of our systems to ensure we have correct contact information. Initial review proves we do not.
  • Survey and find updated contact information for customer contact.
  • Ownership to send all notifications out, follow up with customers that have a send-back delivery, and physically mail notifications as needed to ensure delivery.
  • Tracking and accountability for any follow-on activity pertaining to creating a Change Notification standard procedure.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
