Job Details
Hours: 9AM-5:30PM with 30min Lunch break.
Project Summary: Managing MFG chemical requests by maintaining inventory and disposing of waste.
Monitor chemical processes and test product quality to make sure that they meet standards and specifications.
Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot problems.
Quarterly planning chemical for MFG and placing chemical orders for MFG and R&D.
Maintain inventory for receiving chemicals/outbound chemicals.
Fulfill orders for internal request of chemicals MFG, R&D and EGN.
Prepare chemicals as per MFG demand and customer orders.
Setting up, operating, and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensuring the proper functioning and calibration of equipment.
Testing chemicals, prepare documentations such proper SDS/Hazard labels.
Chemical waste management.
Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Participating in safety programs and audits.
Properly handling and storing chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
o Maintain chemical inventory by properly login receiving/out-bound chemicals.
o Prepare chemical orders for MFG and customer orders.
o Waste management.
- Additional Responsibilities

- Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications).
o Bachelors in chemistry or Associates with 2 years experience.
o Familiar with handling broad range of chemicals for storage and disposing off.
o Chemical inventory and placing orders.
o Attention to details.
