Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies – Drive revenue growth within a major account by developing and executing strategic plans that expand relationships and business opportunities.
- Account Management Expansion – Identify and engage key decision-makers within the account, build strong business and technical champions, and drive expansion into new groups and divisions.
- Sales Execution Quota Attainment – Meet or exceed revenue targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned account.
- Pipeline Management Forecasting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts in Salesforce, managing opportunity funnels to ensure consistent business growth.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs and provide feedback to influence product development.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their technical and business challenges to drive value-based selling.
- Competitive Market Insight – Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer challenges to proactively position Spirent’s solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contract Negotiation Deal Closure – Lead contract discussions, manage pricing negotiations, and drive deal closure while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
Job Requirements
Pay Transparency : Annualized Salary Wage Range : $211,000 - $259,00
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
