Job Overview
In this role, you will support the Finance Director, ATA, in ensuring the FP A staff work is completed timely and accurately for ~$400M ATA Business. ATA Business contributes ~80% of Spirent results, therefore it is critical that revenue and profits are tracked and executed in a timely order for Spirent’s continued success.
You will review pipeline deals and drive Spirent execution for revenue recognition. This is achieved by coordinating cross-functional discussions to better understand customer requirements, build lead time, material availability, and incoterms. This task must be performed weekly for all the 12 P Ls across ATA.
You will prepare Revenue Calls at quarter-end for the CEO, CFO, EVP Global Sales, GM – ATA, VP FD – ATA to drive revenue and ensure all risks are mitigated to meet Spirent order and revenue goals. The preparation must be thorough and based on the weekly cross-functional discussion output on customer deliveries. Accountable to follow up on all action items and track them to closure.
You will prepare Order, Revenue, and Profitability analysis by Top 20 customers, Top 20 Partners, Regions, Hyperscalers, MSO, Chipset, Israel, and Direct vs Indirect Channels. Engage and respond to Sales organization requests on analysis to drive topline and improve margin.
You will assist in preparing monthly Business Reviews for CEO and CFO. Prepare meaningful analytics to highlight trends and risks.
You will assist in driving the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly business forecasts, and 3-year business plan across the ATA organization.
You will assist on critical P L reporting projects to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist FP A Director – ATA on critical P L reporting projects to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Forecasting / Budgeting for complete P L.
- Report and manage KPI and Critical Success Factors for the business including detailed profitability, discount analysis, and other drivers for the business.
- Contribute Orders, Revenue, Margin, Opex, and Capex in the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly business forecasts, and 3-year business plan.
- Provide accurate and concise reporting of results for senior management reporting.
- Work very closely with the accounting team on the close.
- Responsible for updating month-end cost accruals as needed.
- Support any external / internal audits for the business unit.
Job Requirements
Annualized Salary Wage Range : $115,000 - $140,000
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements. Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
