Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish Risk, Issues, and Opportunity (RIO) charter and RAA
- Manage the RIO activity in accordance with the Risk Management Plan which includes: Risk Registry, Meeting Agenda/Minutes, Mitigation Plan Status, Risk Metric Reports
- Maintain RIO database
- Establish and maintain affordability targets and report performance against those targets for Must Cost, Should Cost and Will Cost
- Chair the Program Change Control Board (PCCB); establish agenda, meeting minutes and manage change documentation
- Maintain program change control processes
- Lead all activities associated with a Programs Gate This includes but not limited to:
- Gathering of all artifacts for each Gate level
- Generation of Summary and/or detailed reports on progress
- Leading Non-Advocate Reviews
- Chairing all Gate review meetings
- Develop and maintain Monthly Program contractual financial reporting, Estimate At Completion and Long Range Business Plan reporting dataImplement improvements and corrective action actions where needed for effectiveness, efficiency and control
- Provide business decision support analysis and reporting to the program/organization
- Project Management, Financial Acumen, Business Acumen, Managing with Influence, Interpersonal relationships and communication, Team building, Continuous improvement
- Gather and compile data in support of compliance to internal processes and external regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 1-3 years of related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Aerospace industry experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Travel is required: 5%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in/knowledge of Change Management, Risk Management,
- Affordability Management, Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Scheduling, Business Management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite of tools
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, innovative behaviors, and the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment
- Experience working & negotiating with cross-functional teams
- Strong written & oral communication skills
