Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee fleet management, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and ready for service.
- Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and scheduling to meet service demands.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, Finance, and Marketing, to support overall company objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Handle escalated issues and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred, as it often reflects strong foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills. However, candidates without a degree who demonstrate exceptional operational expertise, a proven ability to solve complex problems, outstanding communication skills, and a track record of effectively managing teams are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operations management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare, EMS, or a related field. Relevant experience in other industries demonstrating transferable skills will also be considered.
