Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and assist with the creation of video, photo, graphic, and text-based content, which will be published across the Spirit and Spencer’s social media channels
- Engage on brand channels, fan / influencer accounts, other brand accounts, and relevant third-party sites, all while capturing the brand voice
- Partner with broader social and marketing teams to ideate new tactics intended to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with team to develop paid social assets designed to drive in-store conversions
- Be current with available analytics to gauge success of the social media strategies, and ideate their evolution as necessary
- Identify insights to aide in the creation of new, innovative and thumb-stopping content
- Assist with influencer / UGC research and outreach
