Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
This position is part time/flexible working 7a-12p Mon to Thurs approx 20-30/week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
