Logistics Company has an opening for a Call Center Assistant Manager in our Kennesaw GA location.
As a call center AM, you are responsible for ensuring the call center runs as smoothly as possible. Duties include overseeing a call center team to ensure that they work efficiently and maximize support, training new call center employees on the use of computer and phone systems, and making sure customer assistance is provided in an accurate and timely manner. You also conduct spot checks for each employee to ensure they are following protocols and providing excellent customer service.
This is a Full Time position, high energy and the ability to work within a 7 day work week. Hours to be determined.
Duties to include:
- Lead the call center hiring, training and problem solving
- Coach customer service/dispatchers
- Preparing reports and analyze call center efficiency with other departments
- Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between associates and customers
- Ensure that all employees follow the company's best practices for call center management and operations
- Close contact with managers in other departments when needed.
- Provide support to all CSRs when escalating situations.
- Work closely and delegate tasks to Call Center Supervisor
