THE TYPE OF GUEST SERVICE - FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent OR 5 years in a similar role
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
