SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full Time Day Clinical Services Manager for Franklin and York County, PA.
Education/Training: Graduate of a school of nursing with current license(s) to practice as a professional nurse in the State(s) served by SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice. Current CPR certification within three (3) months of employment.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a community health agency normally required. A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in community or public health agency normally required.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and coordinating professional and supportive services to ensure safe and efficient client care
- Manages agency activities and material resources
- Assures proper implementation of the stipulations of contracts and agreements with client care providers.
- Reviews and assures the accurate and complete documentation of client care activities.
- Receives financial reports and assures compliance with budgets.
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Cooperates with, participates in and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures and practices, laws and regulatory requirements.
