What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee's Rights Attorney position at Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm?
We are currently seeking an Attorney for our Independence, Columbus, and Cincinnati, Ohio offices.
Are you passionate about using your legal degree to make a meaningful impact?
This isn’t just another clock-punching job—it’s a chance to do work that truly matters. At Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, you’ll help real people, engage in substantive legal work, and have the opportunity to grow and advance in your career. This is the kind of work you envisioned when you decided to go to law school.
If you're looking to make a real difference, not just sit behind a computer reviewing documents, and if you want to interact directly with clients rather than spending your days writing or revising, we want to hear from you. Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is a nationally recognized employment law firm that stands up for employees facing discrimination and harassment. We have a nationwide practice with offices in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Texas, and North Carolina.
Key qualifications for this role include strong client engagement skills, excellent communication, empathy, and a strong work ethic. We welcome applications from all licensed attorneys, regardless of GPA or experience. While experience in employment law is a plus, it is not a requirement.
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
