A Sales Manager ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Ensures customer retention and profitability in dealership by training and measuring the performance of salespeople and establishing customer- focused standards.While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you!FULL-TIME BENEFITS : Medical / Dental / Vision Generous Paid Time Off 401K with a 5% Employer Match Flexible Work Schedule Paid Uniforms, Name Badges and Business Cards Voluntary Benefits, such as Life Insurance, and ST / LT Disability Company Paid Life Insurance HSA with Employer Contribution Employee Assistance ProgramESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage the negotiation process with Sales Consultants ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing Desk deals based on current offers and incentives Appraise vehicles for trade Ability to handle and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally Develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes Weekly team coaching, reporting and accountability meetings with sales team Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively with guests and associates from each department within the dealership Understand, abide by and implement federal, state, and local regulations Performs other related duties as assigned Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : At least 1-2 years' sales experience required, dealership experience preferred Successful track record Team oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen Valid driver's license with good driving record CDK (DMS) preferred Must be authorized to work in the United StatesAAP / EEO STATEMENT / ADA STATEMENT : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Shift Various Shifts This position is currently accepting applications.
