Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, from customer order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including sales, inventory, warehouse, and logistics, to streamline order management and resolve any order-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Duties
- Responsible for customer PO level by account (TJX, Ross, Etc.)
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system, verifying all details like inventory and allocation
- Review open order reports by customer
- Batching and waiving within the system
- Identify customer POs that are canceling within 1O business days
- Prepare what needs to be routed within the vendor routing compliance
- Routing orders in TMS (Burlington, Dollar General, Walmart, Sam's Club, Kohls, Nordstrom, JCP, Macy's, Costco, TJMaxx, Marshall)
- Identify if order is pick and pack or case in case out
- Identify if the order needs VAS or shipping as is
- Do the PO require generic labels or UCC labels
- Memorize all vendor compliance that is assigned to their CSR code
- Follow up with POs that are routed pending tenders
- Follow up with appointments that are missed pick-ups
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups carriers and transportation dispatch
- Communicate with customers and provide timely order status updates via phone email, online portals.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- EOD reporting
- Need to check all signed BOLs matches what is currently active in the system (units/cartons created in the system) before closing the pick ticket
- Follow up with all emails and requests from the customer
- Fill out weekly checklist submitted EOD Friday to the account manager (need to create this checklist)
Qualifications
- WMS and ERP experience
- B2C (business to consumer orders)
- B2B (business-to-business orders)
- Basic Outlook and excel skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent with additional business or logistics training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or customer service role with order processing responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
