What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential and Commercial Pool Sales Manager position at Splash Pad Pool Builder?
Immediate Opening for Full Time Outside Swimming Pool Sales & Design Consultant
We are a custom pool and splash pad builder serving Dallas, Tx Metroplex. From pools and spas, to outdoor kitchens, pergola's and whole pool house construction and even commercial splash pads! We do it.
Past pool sales experience is required, as is experience working with some Pool Design Software. You must be dependable, willing to get to work right away, and enjoy outside sales.
We are only looking for the best!
- Opportunity to work in a fun environment and spend time outdoors at customer locations
- Responsible and accountable for driving and increasing sales
- Responsible for completing daily reports, expense reports, and any other reports or paperwork requested by the management team
- Qualifications
- Three to five years of outside sales experience or a college degree and 4 year’s work experience with pool studio and backyard designs
- Proficiency with computers Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must enjoy meeting people and providing solutions that build long term business relationships
- Must enjoy working with diverse teams of dynamic individuals who strive to win
- Must have reliable transportation and an excellent driving record
- Must be punctual and precise

Additional Compensation:

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Weekends as needed
