Front Office Employee
Job Description:
As a Front Office Employee at Splash Summit, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all park visitors. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and your role is critical in creating a positive experience for them.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person.
- Greet guests upon arrival, and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sell park admissions, memberships, and cabanas to visitors.
- Check guest bags to ensure prohibited items do not enter the park.
- Maintain accurate records of daily park attendance.
- Ensure compliance with park policies and procedures.
- Respond to messages and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the park for safety concerns and report any incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Work with other park employees, including management, to identify and implement new procedures for improving the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to monitor the park for safety concerns and report incidents to appropriate personnel.

Pay:
This is an hourly position at $9.00 an hour with a potential $1/hour bonus at the end of the season.
Start Date:
Opening day is May 24th, but have orientation and work crew hours staring approximately May 4th.
