- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
- Manage shift responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices.
- Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
