What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic, growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. This role is perfect for someone passionate about brand storytelling, customer engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the SVP, Marketing, in the Atlanta office.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows, and in-person events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including venues, suppliers, and partners.
- Oversee event logistics, merchandise management, registration, and follow-up activities.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the creation of event-specific and new vertical focused content, including emails, social posts, pitch decks, and landing pages.
- Assist in developing collateral, booth displays, video content, and branded materials.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and brand engagement.
Social Media:
- Write, design, and post company social media communications YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Communicate with Splitit team to encourage sharing.
- Monitor and report analytics.
- Like, connect with relevant people/posts on LI.
Data and Reporting:
- Monitor and track event and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Maintain an organized database of event contacts and marketing assets.
- Keep track of all associated expenses and manage budgets.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders related to events.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience and a strong passion and talent in marketing, social media, event coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), Google Suite, and event management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with B2B and payment industry trends is a plus.
