You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering & product management – to create and advocate for design solutions that meet the unique challenges of our customers.What you'll get to doLead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of UX designers.Define and drive the overall UX strategy for cross-product capabilities, aligning user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in a constantly evolving landscape.Allocate resources and assignments within the team.Review and critique deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with goals.Partner with UX Research to identify and launch research initiatives to ensure design decisions are data-informed.Influence product direction through proactive partnership.Must-have Qualifications8 years of managing large UX product design teams at enterprise scale organizations.8 years of UX design experience in B2B across regulated industries.Strong body of research-driven, customer-centered design work demonstrating success in meaningful business outcomes.Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams, with a knack for fostering creative collaboration in high-pressure environments.Ability to drive progress and outcomes and thrive through ambiguity.Fluency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, etc.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Nice-to-have QualificationsExperience related to AI.Genuine passion for solving technical, complex problems.Ability to flex communication style based on the situation.Splunk is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Splunk, we believe creating a culture of belonging isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location.Benefits are an important part of Splunk's Total Rewards package.
