About the Role: We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance for four of our affordable apartment communities in Sparta, Barron, Medford, and Mosinee, Wisconsin. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping these communities running smoothly—whether it's handling service requests, inspecting units, negotiating with vendors, or ensuring the property stays in top shape. This position involves 90% travel.

What You’ll Do:
Lead maintenance operations across four communities in Wisconsin, with a focus on high-quality service and efficiency.
- Complete service requests promptly and manage a variety of tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, appliance fixes, and more.
- Maintain the community’s exterior and grounds, from keeping them clean to managing tasks like pressure washing.
- Collaborate with a great team of maintenance professionals, vendors, and residents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Be on-call for after-hours issues (shared with fellow team members) and handle occasional weekend or holiday duties.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that maintenance expenses are well-managed.
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 5 years of property maintenance experience.
- Must possess strong working knowledge of residential plumbing, minor appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, and everyday routine maintenance of the interior of apartment homes and building exteriors.
- Must be familiar with boilers, chillers, generators, life safety systems, and other associated facility support equipment.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
